Stinging Nettle is a perennial flowering plant that can be found growing worldwide; however, its origins are in Europe and Asia. It can grow to be up to four feet high and its prime growing season is late summer/early fall. The plant produces heart-shaped leaves that bloom yellow or pink flowers.
