Cheery Cherry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen Montmorency tart cherries
- ½ cup tart cherry juice
- 2 medium bananas, cut and frozen into chunks
- ¾ cup water (or coconut water)
- ¾ cups of almonds
- Your sweetener of choice, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet. Blend until nice and creamy.
- Serve topped with a fresh cherry and enjoy!
Chia & Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
- 1 medium sliced banana
- ½ fresh honeycrisp apple
- ½ teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Your sweetener of choice, to taste.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet, using ¾ tablespoons chia seeds
- Blend until nice and creamy.
- Add the remaining ¼ tablespoon chia seeds. Stir well and let sit until chia seeds start to thicken.
- Serve and enjoy!
Mint & Dark Chocolate Smoothie
Ingredients
- cup coconut water, boiling
- 1 drop of peppermint liquid extract
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 medium banana, frozen and chopped
- 2 tablespoons hemp seed oil
- 3 tablespoons non-dairy dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Bring coconut water to a boil and steep the peppermint tea until desired strength. We recommend tasting as it steeps until it’s super peppermint-y. Remove tea and let cool, either on the counter or in the fridge.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until nice and creamy.
- Serve topped with a fresh mint sprig and some shaved chocolate and enjoy!
Power Morning Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 frozen banana, sliced into chunks
- 1 cup frozen fruit of your choice (mix it up!)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or 1 teaspoon MCT oil)
- 1 tablespoon organic flaxseed oil
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger (or ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger root)
- Your sweetener of choice, to taste.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet. Blend until nice and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy!
Blue-Bos Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rooibos tea
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 ½ cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon organic flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed oil
- ½ banana, frozen and cut into chunks
Instructions
- Steep your rooibos tea until desired concentration. Let cool.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until nice and creamy.
- Serve topped with a couple blueberries and enjoy!
