Pu-Erh is a post-fermented tea produced in Yunnan province, China. Pu-Erh is a Chinese specialty that is also called dark eta. To enjoy hot, place one tea in a 6 fl. oz. cup, add boiling water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Sweeten to taste.
