History of Tangerine
For over 3,000 years, the versatile tangerine was cultivated in China and Japan, but this gem of a citrus eventually branched out to Europe and North America in the 19th century. Its very name comes from exotic Tangier, Morocco. Today, most U.S. produced tangerines grow in sunny Florida and California and are a culinary delight. In its essential oil form, this wonderfully sweet, fresh and citrusy fruit promotes happiness and helps with occasional stress and tension.

Massage
8-10 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil. Apply a small amount directly to areas of concern, such as muscles, skin, or joints. Work tangerine oil gently into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
Inhalation
Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a burner or diffuser to fill a room with its scent.
