Not much beats a good, old-fashioned, PB&J sandwich – except this.
We’re big fans of smoothies and shakes to help us either recover from a great workout or even when we don’t have enough time to cook breakfast or need to have our lunch on the go! And this great recipe tastes like a delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich, just like mom used to make. We find that a PB&J sandwich is sometimes just the comfort food that we need and this twist on our childhood favorite is just as delicious as it sounds!
PB & J Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter or just add Roasted Peanuts
- 1 scoop Vanilla flavored Whey Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats1 cup soy milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
