Making your own foaming hand soap is easier than you think!
You might already have an emptying foaming hand soap bottle in your home, but if not you can purchase an affordable one online or from one of your local home goods stores. We’re giving you our simple instructions for lavender and vanilla scented foaming hand soap with essential oils, but you can customize your soap with whatever scents you prefer – the combinations are endless!
What you’ll need:
- 2 tablespoons liquid Castile lavender soap
- 1 tablespoon fractionated coconut oil
- 5 drops lavender essential oil
- 5 drops vanilla essential oil
Step One: Carefully pour castile soap and fractionated coconut oil into your foaming hand soap bottle.
Step Two: Add your essential oils.
Step Three: Very slowly, add water into the bottle. Be sure to leave enough room for the foaming pump.
Step Four: Tighten the lid and shake the bottle.
Step Five: Enjoy your custom and simple foaming hand soap. Simply pump 1-2 times into your hands and wash with warm water!
