Asn average cup of Pu-Erh tea contains about 5-15 mg of caffeine, while a cup of coffee ranges from 100-180 mg.
To enjoy hot, place one tea in a 6 fl. oz. cup, add boiling water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Sweeten to taste.
