Piping Rock eGift Cards offer a convenient way to buy, give, and redeem gifts. Here are some commonly asked questions about the Piping Rock eGift Card process.


How do I receive the Piping Rock eGift card information after purchase?

Piping Rock eGift Card information is sent in two emails:

  1. Gift Card Receipt Email - After purchasing a Piping Rock eGift Card, in addition to an Order Confirmation email, you will also receive a Gift Card Receipt email, which contains the gift card code and confirms that the gift card was sent to the recipient.

  2. New Gift Card Email - If you’ve filled out recipient information, they will receive a New Gift Card email, which is a personalized email that contains the custom message and a gift card code. If you buy a gift card for yourself without completing the recipient information, you will also receive this email.


How do I check my eGift Card balance?

You can check your eGift Card balances in a few ways:

  1. If you received the gift card, follow the link in the New Gift Card Email by clicking View Gift Card Balance.

  2. Contact the person who purchased the gift card to resend the gift card from the Order Confirmation email or the Gift Card Receipt Email.

  3. If you have any questions, please contact customercare@pipingrock.com.

If the gift card information cannot be found in either method above, please contact customercare@pipingrock.com to retrieve the information. Please provide the name and email address of (1) the person who purchased the gift card and (2) the gift card recipient.

*Please note: if the recipient information is not filled out (i.e., the customer purchases the gift card to their email), you may provide the customer’s email address to retrieve the gift card(s) balance.


Do Piping Rock eGift Cards expire or have any fees?

Piping Rock eGift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees. Our eGift Cards are sent electronically.


Are Piping Rock eGift Cards refundable?

Our eGift Cards, once purchased, are not refundable.


Are items purchased with Piping Rock eGift Cards refundable?

If you purchased items with a Piping Rock eGift Card, the refunds can be applied and reloaded to the gift card.


Can I reload my Piping Rock eGift Card?

Additional funds cannot be added to an existing Piping Rock eGift Card. If desired, you may purchase another eGift Card. eGift Cards can be reloaded only when making a refund for items purchased with an eGift Card.


How much can I load onto an eGift Card?

Piping Rock eGift Cards can be purchased at either $10, $25, $50, and $100 USD.



Can I use multiple eGift Cards on a single order?

Yes, you can! You may use multiple eGift Cards on a single order, up to a maximum of 5 eGift Cards per order. Simply enter the gift card codes one at a time during checkout.


Can an eGift Card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, eGift Cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.


My eGift Card isn’t working. What now?

Recently purchased gift cards are available for use immediately after purchase. If your eGift Card isn’t working, please contact customercare@pipingrock.com.


Can I send myself eGift Cards and then forward them to my friends, colleagues, and family?

Absolutely! If you do not fill out the recipient information when purchasing a Piping Rock eGift Card, you will receive both the Gift Card Receipt Email and the New Gift Card Email. You can forward the New Gift Card Email that contains the gift card code to others.

*Please note: if the recipient information is not filled out (i.e., the customer purchases the gift card to their email), and you lose the gift card balance information, you may provide the customer’s email address to retrieve the gift card(s) balance.


I recently purchased and sent an eGift Card but the eGift Card has not been received. What should I do?

Sometimes, eGift Cards might get caught in spam filters. It's a good idea to ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folders for the eGift Card. There is also a chance that the email address was entered incorrectly when the eGift card was purchased. Please verify the recipient's email address in the Order Confirmation email or the Gift Card Receipt email you received. If you need further help, please contact customercare@pipingrock.com.



Are Piping Rock eGift Cards available for all countries?

Piping Rock eGift Cards can be purchased and used from anywhere in the world.

  • Gift card balances are in your store's default currency

  • Prices are converted using the currency conversion rate
