Piping Rock’s Buffered C supplements deliver 1,000 mg of vitamin C from calcium ascorbate in each coated caplet, and is enhanced with our citrus bioflavonoid complex. Adults take one (1) to two (2) coated caplets daily with meals for optimal nutritional support.
