Shipping Within The USA

We ship our products directly from our facility located in New York to minimize delivery times across the country. All PipingRock orders within the United States are shipped via USPS and FedEx.

Depending on your location, your order will arrive 2-8 business days* after it is processed. Generally, once you place your order, you can expect it to ship from our facility within 24 hours. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your package.

Want your order faster? No problem! We are proud to offer 2nd and Next Day Air Shipping in the 48 contiguous states for an additional fee.**

We never drop-ship products. By keeping all shipping in-house, we can guarantee quality, speed, and accuracy in your order fulfillment. *You may experience slightly increased delivery times during the peak season between November and January. **Weekends and holidays are excluded from the 2nd day and next day timeframes.

For the best delivery experience, we recommend that all customers use a verified address when checking out. To use a verified address, simply start typing your address in the shipping address form and a list of suggestions will be displayed. Selecting one of these suggestions will automatically complete the form with verified information from the postal database, ensuring that your package arrives quickly and without issue.

For large orders and backorders, we may split your order into several packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges when this happens. The shipping charge you paid during checkout will be split among the multiple packages.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes.

For USA Orders: When you order with Piping Rock, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to find out the status of your shipment.

For International Orders: You may or may not receive tracking numbers, depending on the delivery method selected.

Our shipping rates are based off the calculated weight of your order. Please note we do not make any money from the shipping charges on your order. Our phone operators are not able to waive shipping fees.

We're sorry, once an order ships, we cannot change the address, cancel, or otherwise stop shipment.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal. Please note, we are unable to process prepaid or gift credit cards at this time.

We're sorry, once an order is placed, you cannot add, delete or alter it. If it has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order so it can be replaced with the additional items.

You have 60 minutes to cancel an order after it is placed. This can be done by going to the Order History tab under My Account.

You can expect an order confirmation containing the details of your order via email within 24 hours – but usually this order confirmation will be emailed to you within moments of completing your order.

Piping Rock is proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders placed before 12 noon (EST). Shipping confirmation is sent via email once your order has left our supplement warehouse. You will usually receive shipping confirmation 24-48 hours after you have placed your order.

On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email right away. Your in-stock items will ship immediately, while backordered items will ship as soon as they are available -- at no additional cost to you.
