Apples, crackers, bread … is there anything peanut butter doesn’t go well with? There’s no end to the peanut possibilities! Peanuts are technically legumes and not actually nuts, though they have a similar nutritional profile to tree nuts like almonds and walnuts.
Today we bring you a simple and healthy recipe for you to make peanut butter in the comfort of your home.
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 cups PipingRock Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
- Blender/ Food Processor
- Honey & Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Place the PipingRock roasted peanuts in the blender or processor and watch whole peanuts transform into the smooth goodness.
Step 2
Add a little honey, add a little sea salt or nothing at all. The honey helps balance out the saltiness of the peanuts but we're going to leave that up to you!
Step 3
Let the processor run as long as necessary to get the desired texture
